My name is Sara. I’m an environmentalist, geographer, and yoga teacher (schedule can be found here), with a passion for all things yoga and wellness. When not at work, I can usually be found developing and deepening my yoga and meditation practice, spending quality time with my husband and our pup, Theo, or in the kitchen trying out new recipes. I created SaraHadar.com, as a way to document my health, yoga, and wellness journey, and showcase easy yet delicious recipes, yoga poses and sequences, workouts, philosophy, and all things in between.
